BRUNSWICK — Curtis Memorial Library has announced its Fall Science Read series — facilitated hourlong programs about the book “Silent Spring” that begin Wednesday at noon.
This week, professor Gail Carlson from the Colby College department of environmental sciences will give an overview of Rachel Carson’s book on its 50th anniversary.
These free programs do not require registration.
