Arrests

9/28 at 9:08 p.m. Terry L. LeBelle, 52, of Cameron Lane, Brunswick, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Michael Pierce on charges of operating under the influence, operating without a license and drinking in a motor vehicle.

9/30 at 1 a.m. Michael L Lovering, 47, of Pownal Road, North Yarmouth, was arrested on Granite Street by Officer Kerry Warner on a charge of aggravated reckless assault.

9/30 at 1 a.m. Samantha Newton, 31, of Bridge Street, Yarmouth, was arrested on Granite Street by Officer Kerry Warner on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon.

Summonses

9/27 at 1:18 p.m. Paige Gordon-Pellerin, 45, of Lower Main Street, Freeport, was issued a summons on northbound I-295 by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.

9/27 at 4:27 p.m. Nancy Goodwin, 53, of Elmwood Avenue, was issued a summons at Spring and East Main Streets by Officer Michael Pierce on charges of failure to stop at a stop sign and distracted driving.

9/28 at 11:52 p.m. Kaytlyn Anthony, 20, of East Elm Street, was issued a summons at Main and South Streets by Officer Kerry Warner on charges of failure to produce proof of insurance and having an expired registration.

9/29 at 1:30 p.m. Scott A. Miller, 46, of Woodfords Street, Portland, was issued a summons at Gilman and Whites Cove roads by Officer Brian Andreasen on a charge of possession of marijuana.

9/29 at 2:22 p.m. Ashley K. Poirier, 28, of Pool Street, Biddeford, was issued a summons at Main and Mill streets by Officer Joshua Robinson on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Not a ‘Little Buddy’

9/26 at 12:32 p.m. Police received a complaint from a boat owner on Old Shipyard Road who said someone was “messing with my boat.” Allegations include loosening fuel lines and drain plugs on the vessel.

Found it

9/28 at 12:35 p.m. A theft complaint about a laptop computer allegedly stolen from a vehicle parked at the Post Office on Main Street was cancelled when the computer was discovered in another briefcase.

9/25 at 12:01 p.m. Accident with injuries at I-295 and Tuttle Road.

9/28 at 1:34 p.m. Accident on Route 1.

9/28 at 3:50 p.m. Alarm call on Sea Meadows Lane.

9/28 at 6:32 p.m. Brush fire on West Elm Street.
