As a resident of OceanView I can no longer drive a car and must find other transportation. The need for the Portland bus is necessary for those who have no other transportation, and those who are handicapped by a variety of problems, such as poor vision or hearing, Parkinson’s or Alzheimer’s disease.

The need for bus services is not a luxury, but a necessity.
