FOND DU LAC, Wis. (AP) — Two eastern Wisconsin men accused of hanging a teenage boy by the ankles and ordering a pit bull dog to bite him each face several felony charges, including battery and false imprisonment.

Fifty-eight-year-old Richard R. Lisko and 43-year-old Joel E. Kennedy were charged Thursday.

A criminal complaint says Kennedy’s 18-year-old son told investigators that Lisko and his father accused him Friday of stealing drugs and coins at Lisko’s house in Campbellsport. He said Lisko tied him up and the two men suspended him by the ankles, then Lisko ordered his pit bull dog to attack. The teen suffered several bites.

Campbellsport is about 50 miles northwest of Milwaukee.
