BATH — Bath’s ArtWalk 2012 resumes on Friday.
In addition to favorite artists showing new work, there will be many new artists and retail locations. The creative community in Maine’s “Cool Little City” welcomes visitors to studios, receptions and exhibits, on the third Friday of each month, explains a news release. One can discover home studios and galleries a few minutes’ drive from downtown Bath and explore downtown art spaces on foot in this vibrant community on the Kennebec River.
Live music and company await. Speak with the artists about their work and share ideas with other art lovers about particular favorites. New openings and exhibits are held each month. An information table and group art show are found at Bath City Hall. Events run from 5 to 8 p.m.
