STANDISH – Due to Friday night’s (June 22) forecast of thunderstorms and heavy rain, the Beach Boogie at Kiwanis in Standish, with Chandler’s Band (6:30 p.m.) and Flamin’ Raymin’ & Sizzlin’ Suzzin’ (7:30 p.m.), is being moved into the George E. Jack Gymnasium. Doors will open at 6 p.m. Free admission, music, food, and raffles.

Fireworks will be held instead this Sunday night, June 24, at Kiwanis. Gates open at 6 p.m., with free admission. Music by DJ Paul Robart. Fireworks at dusk (9:30 p.m.).
