BRUNSWICK — The Coleman Burke Gallery will host a reception for “In’Flux,” a sculpture exhibit by Isabelle Pelissier, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at its gallery in Fort Andross, 14 Maine St.
“Titled ‘In-Flux,’ the piece is a large scale, site-specific steel sculpture that challenges the formal capabilities of the material and engages the space between the massive gallery columns,” a release from the gallery states. “Pelissier has twisted, bent and welded hundreds of feet of steel tubing to create an abstract response to the Androscoggin River that runs behind Fort Andross Mill.”
The reception coincides with Brunswick’s Second Friday ArtWalk.
