BRUNSWICK — A Lisbon Falls man crashed his motorcycle on Bath Road at Cook’s Corner early Sunday evening.
Richard Wells, 27, of Lisbon Falls, was operating a 2003 Harley-Davidson with Amanda Shorey, 27, as a passenger, according to police. While taking a left turn onto Bath Road, Wells hit a rut and lost control of his motorcycle, according to Deputy Chief Marc Hagan of the Brunswick Police Department.
Wells complained of minor injuries and scrapes, but those injuries were not serious enough to require immediate medical attention. Shorey was taken by ambulance to Mid Coast Hospital, after complaining of pain, Hagan said.
Shorey’s condition was unavailable at press time.
The motorcycle sustained minor damage, according to Hagan.
