BOWDOINHAM — The Sagadahoc County Sheriff ’s Department continues to investigate a report that a firearm and ammunition were stolen from a home on Muddy River Lane.
According to Lt. Calvin Temple, the owner of the gun reported it stolen Monday morning.
Taken within the last 30 days was a 9 millimeter hand gun worth about $325 and two 15-round clips with a holster worth $75.
Temple said Tuesday that investigators are exploring a lead.
