4/23 at 9:30 p.m. Andrew W. Mizner, 22, of Duck Pond Road, Westbrook, was arrested in Westbrook by Officer Lucas Hallett on a warrant.

4/26 at 2:45 a.m. Kellianne C. Harvey, 33, of Carleton Street, Portland, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Lucas Hallet on a charges of operating under the influence and failing to make an oral or written accident report.
