BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick Town Council is scheduled to meet in regular session at 7 p.m. Monday in the town council chambers at Brunswick Station, 16 Station Ave.

Following the pledge of allegiance, roll call, a period reserved for public comment, correspondence and adjustments to the agenda, the council will address the following items:

— A financial update from Town Manager Gary Brown.

— Council committee updates.

— A request from the Marine Resource Committee for the authority to open and close coastal shellfish flats.

— A liquor license application from Tao Restaurant, LLC, doing business as TAO Restaurant, Cecile Stadler, 22 Pleasant St.

— A special amusement license application from Claire’s Dolphin Restaurant Inc., doing business as Joshua’s Restaurant and Tavern, T.J. Siatras, 123 Maine St.

— An overview of the town’s 2012-13 municipal budget and consideration of setting a public hearing for May 17 on that budget.

— Approval of the consent agenda, which includes:

— Approval of April 9 minutes.

— Appointment of election clerks for 2012-13.

— Appointment of Jeff Hutchinson as codes officer and local plumbing inspector with a term to expire on May 3, 2013.

— Appointment of Carl Adams as alternate Codes Officer and alternate Local Plumbing Inspector with a term to expire on May 3, 2013.

— Approval of games of chance for the St. John the Baptist Parish Bazaar from June 15 to 17.

— Approval of Quit Claim Deed for property depicted as Map 025 Lot 005 Sub 000 Typ 066.

— Appointment of Fran Smith as warden and Elin Gould, Sara Kin, and Annie Tara as deputy wardens for the June 12 election.

— Approval of registrar’s extended hours for the June 12 election.

— Approval of application for a utility permit for Maine Natural Gas for sections of Columbia Avenue and Baribeau Drive.
