NORTH YARMOUTH — Studio Theatre of Bath will belt out “25 Years of Rock: Billboard Hits ’ 55-’ 79” at 7 p.m. April 21 at Harmony Hall in North Yarmouth. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Vince Shatto and April Purinton will host the musical journey, which chronicles 25 years of popular music.
Fifteen singers and a sevenpiece band round out the ensemble.
“This fundraiser will benefit the Studio Theatre of Bath and is appropriate for all ages,” a Studio Theatre of Bath release states.
Vocalists scheduled to perform are Andy Barber, Angela Soma-DiMillo, Anna Libby, Bobbi Berraccah, Dan Spring, Dennis Doiron, Jeff Mills, Jo- Ann Cope, Josh Hunt, Kirstin Hayward, Lisa Daniello- Ginnaty, Marc Rodriguez, Rob Doucette, Sue Marley and Tate Gale.
Instrumental music will be provided by Mark McNeil (keyboard), John Genthner ( bass), Mark Brassard ( drums), Sean McNeil (drums), Ron Mosher (guitar), Mark Barter ( guitar) and Theresa Henderson ( keyboard).
Among the featured numbers will be “ Johnny B. Goode” by Chuck Berry, “Long Cool Woman” by the Hollies, “ Heatwave” by Martha and the Vandellas, as well as “Dream On” by Aerosmith.
Harmony Hall is a BYOB establishment. Pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers and soft drinks will be available.
