NEW FACES
• Russell Lumley was hired as vice president of branch operations at cPort Credit Union in Portland. Lumley has more than 25 years of banking experience and was previously with Bangor Savings Bank.
• Mike Haws joined Sappi Fine Paper North America as managing director of the Somerset Mill in Skowhegan. Haws has more than 26 years of experience in the paper industry. Previously, he served as vice president of operations at Verso Paper’s Bucksport Mill.
• Lisa Platt joined Professional Disability Associates as a quality review nurse. Platt previously worked as an independent contractor for PDA and at Southern Maine Medical Center.
Nancie Smith has joined Professional Disability Associates as a network coordinator. Smith previously served as regional director of Curves International.
• Mallory Follett joined Allen Insurance and Financial as a scanning technician. Follett, of Owls Head, is enrolled in the company’s in-house education program as the first step toward obtaining her property and casualty insurance license.
• Marc Chadbourne recently joined Ocean Gate Realty on Newbury Street in Portland. Chadbourne has 18 years of residential and investment property sales experience.
• Brad Larsen joined Winxnet as an application developer. Larsen has more than six years of developer experience. Most recently, he worked as a contract software developer for Martin’s Point Healthcare.
• Randy Smith joined P&C Insurance in Biddeford as an account executive. Smith, of South Portland, has 16 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Jayne D. B. Marsh joined Vision Coaching as a certified professional coach. Marsh had worked at the University of Southern Maine for the past 22 years.
• Tom MacDonald was hired at Northern New England Housing Investment Fund as vice president of acquisitions. MacDonald had worked at his own real estate consulting firm, MacDonald Associates, for the past 10 years.
• Rhonda Ferrara joined Androscoggin Bank as a senior vice president of risk and compliance. Ferrara has more than 10 years of risk management experience. She was previously a vice president and manager of compliance and risk administration at The Bank of Maine.
• Jack Sours was named general manager of the Oxford Casino. Sours relocated to Maine from Pennsylvania, where he served as president and general manager of the nearby Mountaineer Casino Racetrack and Resort in West Virginia.
• Alexa Oestreicher joined Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty as a vice president. Oestreicher, of Yarmouth, is a licensed associate broker. She will be based at Legacy’s 2 City Center office in Portland.
• Kimberly Monstwillo and Danielle Segal joined KPI Direct, an integrated direct marketing and brand management agency.
Monstwillo was hired as a customer experience analyst. She most recently served as quality assurance supervisor at Threesource Inc.
Segal was hired as a project manager. She previously worked as an enrollment data systems assistant at CIEE.
n Kathleen Poole was hired by the Maine Conservation Corps as an environmental educator and AmeriCorps volunteer at Maine Partners for Cool Communities in Portland. Poole, of Shapleigh, is a 2010 graduate of the University of Maine, where she studied wildlife ecology.
n Mary Libby Herbert re-joined RE/MAX By the Bay. Since 2003, Herbert has been the leader in the $1 million to $5 million price point in Cape Elizabeth, selling more waterfront property than any other broker.
• Martin’s Point Health Care hired the following individuals at its Portland location:
Dr. Jeffrey Grassmann is board certified in family medicine. He completed two integrative medicine fellowships at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine in Tucson and at Maine Medical Center in Falmouth.
Dr. Andrea Truncali is board certified in internal medicine and preventive medicine-public health. She has worked clinically for several years with low-income immigrant populations from all over the world.
Allison Talon is a board certified nurse practitioner in adult primary care. She is also a certified menopause practitioner. Dr. Erin Delaney and Paula Spanos joined the staff at Martin’s Point Health Care in South Portland. She did her family medicine residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland. Spanos is certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center.
• Dr. Martin Wesolowski joined the staff at Martin’s Point Health Care in Gorham. Wesolowski did his internship and family medicine residency at St. Anthony Hospitals in Westminster, Co.
• Dr. Jacqueline Caldwell and Linda MacDougall joined the staff at Martin’s Point Health Care, 6 Farley Road in Brunswick.
Caldwell completed her family medicine internship and Residency at Duke/Southern-Regional AHEC in Fayetteville, NC.
MacDougall received her family mental health nurse practitioner post master’s certificate from the University of Southern Maine in Portland.
• Dr. John Sommer, Katharine Swan and Kathleen O’Brien joined the staff at Martin’s Point Health Care, 74 Baribeau Drive in Brunswick.
Sommer completed his medicine and combined pediatric residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland.
Swan received her registered nurse and advanced practice nursing licenses, as well as her master’s in nursing from Yale School of Nursing.
O’Brien received her master’s in physician assistant from the University of New England.
• Dr. Donna Greenwood joined Mercy Portland Internal Practice. Greenwood, of Scarborough, completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Maine Medical Center. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
• Emily Kennedy was hired as a research analyst at Oldham Innovative Research, LLC, on St. John Street in Portland. Kennedy, of Brunswick, recently worked as a research assistant at the National Center for Children and Families at Teachers College in Long Island, N.Y.
PROMOTIONS
• Haven Lindsey, former office administrator at Oldham Innovative Research, LLC, is now their part-time business manager and research assistant.
• Thomas Douglas, an attorney with Murray, Plumb & Murray, was made a shareholder and director of the firm. Douglas, of Windham, joined the firm in 2004. He litigates a variety of cases, including general business disputes, intellectual property matters, probate contests, construction cases, and personal injury claims.
