WESTBROOK – For the ninth consecutive year, Haven’s Candies Westbrook factory store will play host for a fun-filled day along with hundreds of children and adults to make their own candy cane the old fashioned way at Haven’s Candies.

The event takes place Saturday, Dec. 3, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at Haven’s at 87 County Road (Outer Congress) in Westbrook.

All of the ticket proceeds from this year’s Make Your Own Candy Cane event will go to the Dream Factory of Maine. More than 600 are expected to attend the event and raise money and awareness for Dream Factory of Maine, which helps Maine children who are suffering from a critical or chronic illnessin making their dreams come true all year long.
