Carlene H. White, 74, of Smithwheel Road in Old Orchard Beach, died Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011 at the Gosnell Hospice House in Scarborough following a courageous battle with cancer. Visiting hours will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 25, 2011 at the Old Orchard Beach Funeral Home, 36 Portland Ave., Old Orchard Beach. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Aug. 26, 2011 at the funeral home. Interment will be in the family lot in Laurel Hill Cemetery in Saco.
