The featured activity in Cape Elizabeth this week remains strawberry picking, but planting time Wednesday morning included six mile-markers for the 14th running of the Beach to Beacon 10K Road Race, scheduled for Aug. 6.

Darren Brown and Jason Emery of Cape Elizabeth Public Works did the honors Wednesday morning, so go ahead and start those mile repeats.
