12/12 at 2:15 a.m. Will Carter, 19, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Officer Kevin Kennedy on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Watch your step

12/11 A resident of the Ocean House Road area reported their door mat had been stolen. According to police, the family is going through a divorce and one person took the door mat as retribution. The mat was later returned, police report.
