11/18 at 3:43 p.m. Charles Gates, 29, listed as homeless, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Keith Jensen and issued a summons on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

11/19 at 7:15 a.m. Anthony McCandless, 19, of Huse Street, was arrested on two warrants by Officer Keith Jensen.
