In recent campaign ads run by Chellie Pingree, she states that she is one of us and that her opponent Dean Scontras is one of the fat cats.

Do you have a relative, spouse or fiancé who is a billionaire? Pingree does.

Were you able to vote for a bailout bill that gave your fiancé’s company $200 million of taxpayer money? Pingree did.

Do you fly in private jets? Pingree does.

Do you have the opportunity to live in a mansion on the Maine coast? Pingree does.

Would you vote to increase the national debt to $13 trillion dollars? Pingree did.

I don’t think that Pingree is one of us. I’ll vote for Dean Scontras, because I think he is one of us.
