West End neighborhood kids enjoyed a day of fun and games on Saturday at WestFest, a community celebration held on the grounds of the Reiche School in Portland. It featured rides in this horse-drawn carriage, face painting, a dunk tank, a blow-up slide, food, crafts and more.
