10/1 at 2:09 a.m. Matthew Steven Waly, 18, of New York, N.Y., was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on charges of operating without a license, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of drugs.

10/3 Grady Newman, 62, of Spring Street, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/3 at 9:39 p.m. Robert Moore, 47, of Tower Circle, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension.
