A Casco man was arrested July 12 after he allegedly exposed himself in the parking lot at the Raymond Beach.

Guy Barter, 57, was arrested at his home and charged with indecent conduct, a misdemeanor, after a witness provided to police a description of Barter and his vehicle, the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office said. Barter was taken to Cumberland County Jail and released on $45 bail.

The witness told police she saw a man pull into the parking lot wearing just a T-shirt and get out of his vehicle, police said. The man was later seen masturbating next to his vehicle while looking toward the beach. When the man noticed the witness, he got back into his vehicle and left.
