A dance to benefit the family of Mike Berard will be held Saturday, Feb. 28, 7-11 p.m., at the Gray American Legion, Route 100, in Gray.

Berard, of New Gloucester, was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 pancreatic cancer. Proceeds from the dance will help support Berard’s wife, Erika, and the couple’s five children, Stephanie, Jessica, Kaitlin, Michael and Nichole. Mike Berard is out of work until at least May, and Erika is a part-time waitress at Cole Farms in Gray.

Tickets for the adults-only dance are $10 per person or $15 per couple.
