The Lady Monks posted a 5-1 record against conference opponents and earned the No. 3 seed in their inaugural season as a member of the North Atlantic Conference. After falling in the NAC Championship game, 4-3 in overtime to Castleton State, the team was awarded their second straight ECAC tournament berth.
