The 7th Annual Riverbank Arts Festival will be held from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, in Westbrook.
Organizing the event, the Westbrook Arts and Culture Committee is striving for a lively and upbeat event with something to offer everyone. The aim of the committee is to celebrate the arts and artists of the community.
