Several small businesswomen in the Lakes Region area are teaming up to help raise awareness about the wide variety of spa, beauty, jewelry and gift services available to other women in the region.

The group, lead by Tracy Fulop, the proprietor of the Naples gift shop The Wild Plum, is calling the event “All About You.”

The goal is to spread the word among residents and tourists alike about the talented, experienced and creative sales and service women in the area who are eager to serve other women.

The list of businesses participating in “All About You.” is growing and includes Wild Plum, Silpada, Mary Kay, The Inn At Long Lake, Jewlz, And Just Love Life Massage. It’s the first time that such a diverse group of specialized local businesswomen have ever joined forces to promote their businesses.

The event is open to the public and will take place at Wild Plum, 1253 Roosevelt Trail (Route 302), Friday, Aug. 15, 5-8 p.m. Food and refreshments are being provided by Keith Neubert, the owner and chef at The Inn At Long Lake. Live music will be performed by Lisa Gallant Seal. There will also be door prizes, free product samples, and thank you gifts for everyone.
