As a Windham citizen, I am writing in support of Will Blanchard and Lane Hiltunen in their quests to gain seats on the Windham Town Council. As a taxpayer, I get gravely dismayed when I hear ostensibly earnest agendas and desires from candidates, and then see little to no results at the end of their terms. In my opinion, such is case with Councilors Waig and MacKinnon. For me, demonstrated results are far more important than telling citizens what they think we want to hear. I find it interesting in reading the papers that the two incumbents are talking about all they want to do if we return them to the Council. I would have preferred to read about all they have done during the past three years, as this would have validated all the objectives they wanted to accomplish the last time they ran. Having not seen truly tangible results from them over the past three years, I am unable to give credence to their current desires. It is time for change. It is time to consider Will Blanchard and Lane Hiltunen. They both have my vote!
