There will be a new face in charge at Windham Primary School next fall.

Kyle Rhoads, a Windham resident, will be recommended to the school committee for appointment as principal at the elementary school in the next couple of weeks, according to Superintendent Sandy Prince.

Rhoads, currently the principal at the K-8 Acton Elementary School, will replace Donna Stephen, who is retiring.

Rhoads earned a degree in business administration at University of New Hampshire before receiving a masters in educational administration from University of Southern Maine and a doctorate in education from Nova Southeastern University.
