Located at 2 York St., City Hall is open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. The planning, engineering and code enforcement offices are open Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. The Finance Department is open Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Starting in February, the Finance Department began opening 9 a.m.-noon the first Saturday of every month for vehicle registrations, property tax collection, dog licenses, hunting and fishing licenses, passports, traffic fines and licenses for snowmobiles, ATVs and boats. The mayor also opens his office to the public the first Saturday of each month.
