The topic for the Thursday March 6 information night at The Birth House is healthy ways to feed your baby once solid foods are introduced.

Lyndsay Kutasi will speak from her professional knowledge as a chef as well as her experience as a new mother. Learn how to shop, prep and prepare simple, healthy, organic foods for your baby or toddler. Learn how to change your baby’s food through his first few years. Discover new ways to make just one meal that everyone will eat. Taste samples of some snacks and meals for the whole family. Take home recipes and walk away with the confidence that you will be feeding your baby with nutrition and flavor.

These information nights at The Birth House, 28 S. High Street in Bridgton, are open and free to the public. Tours of the Birth House are given between 6:30 and 7 p.m. with the talk beginning at 7 – come for one or both.
