I want to say thank you to the Standish Public Works Director

Today to my pleasant surprise as I entered my street “Maple Ridge Drive,” I found it to have been considerably widened by a big wheeler with a wing plow. In my 14 years of living on my street, I had given up on miracles. But it seems the human mind can still be submitted to being taught and learning.

It has been rather tiring writing letters. Now if we can also get the new sidewalk cleared of snow maybe our children and I would be able to use it instead of walking dangerously in the street. It would truly be another miracle. Nothing personal public works director, just simply public safety.
