From Diane and Jack Barnes’ book, “Images of America: The Sebago Lake Area,” we visit The Casino, c. 1905, on the Causeway in Naples. Built in 1902, the grand opening featured a female impersonator from Boston. The first movies in town were shown here, as well. An opera, Hansel & Gretel, was presented here for two summers, as well.
