Thanks for the recent coverage of the North Windham Union Church Thanksgiving meal. The story incorrectly reported that the Scouts who served were members of Troop 805. The Scouts and adult Scouters were from Windham’s Troop 51.

Boy Scout Troop 51 has been fortunate to have our meetings at the church’s Parish Hall for the past several years and we try to give back by serving the Thanksgiving meal and doing a spring clean-up outside the church each year.

We would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank the church for its support of our program.

Any boy between the ages of 11 and 18 who may interested in Scouting can call Pine Tree Council at 797-5252.
