Andrew A. Eaton, 18, of 55 Juctown Road, Naples, was arrested Sept. 24 on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked

Anthony S. Lombardi, 26, of 20 Oakledge Road, Raymond was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of operating after license suspension and violating condition of release.

Gloria M. Kruger, 48, of 16 Highland Cliff Road, Windham was arrested Sept. 26 on a charge of fugitive from justice.

Verne R. Gallant, 38, of 147 Anglers Road, Windham was arrested Sept. 27 on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior.

Theodore W. Thomes, 48, of 135 Smith Road, Windham was arrested Sept. 28 on charges of operating after license suspension, violating condition of release and possession of firearm by prohibited person.

Joshua A. Bryant, 23, of 105 Standish Neck Road, Standish was arrested Sept. 29 on charges of operating under the influence and possession of marijuana.

Juvenile Arrest, 17, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Christopher Dobson, 27, of 276 Presumpscot St., Portland was arrested Sept. 30 on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.

Melissa L. Anderson, 32, of 665 Saco Street, Westbrook was summonsed Sept. 25 on charges of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Brian M. Stern, 40, of 124 Tandberg Trail, Windham was summonsed Sept. 25 on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
