The annual Spaghetti Supper fundraiser for Gray Fire-Rescue will take place on Saturday, Oct. 13, following the Fire-Rescue Open House.

Running from 5-7 p.m., the supper will be served inside the Gray Public Safety Building at 125 Shaker Road. This is also the Central Station for the department, so the trucks will be pulled out of the bays to make room for the supper tables.

The supper is a perennial favorite for people in Gray and members of Gray Fire-Rescue are already fine-tuning the recipe for the meatballs and gathering the side dishes.

A donation of $6 is asked for adults, while children 12-and-under are $4, with under-3-year-olds free. A family of five or more gets supper for a special donation of just $20 for the entire family.

Proceeds from the supper will help pay for equipment and training for the fire department.

This is a very popular event and people may buy tickets ahead of time so they don’t miss out. Tickets may be purchased during regular business hours at the Gray Public Safety building, or at the door the night of the dinner.

The dinner is “first come, first served.”
