The Windham Cable Channel 7 “Speakout” show will resume its fall schedule with the first show on Friday, Sept. 21 at 7 p.m.
“Speakout” is a live call-in TV show which focuses on local issues which are of interest to Windham area citizens.
The first show will look at school consolidation, which the Windham School Department has been working on for several months with the towns of Raymond and Westbrook. Officials, including Raymond Selectman Joe Bruno, Windham Superintendent Sandy Prince and State Rep. Tim Driscoll, of Westbrook, will be giving an update on the progress of what the “new” school district will look like and viewers will be able to call in to the show with questions and/or comments.
“Speakout” host Bill Diamond said, “This first show should be very interesting because people want to know what Windham’s new school district will actually look like and what the changes will mean to everyone.”
“Speakout” is broadcast from the Windham Town Hall and people are encouraged to be audience members and ask questions.
