A Denmark man was killed in a traffic accident in Casco Thursday morning of last week.

Arnold Dugmore, 74 was eastbound on his motorcycle on Route 302 on Sept. 6. According to reports from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, at 8:28 a.m. a 2004 GMC truck made a left hand turn from the Point Sebago Road in front of Dugmore.

Dugmore, who was wearing a helmet, struck the front right of the truck driven by Clarence Hanscom, 45, of Pownal. Dugmore was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at Maine Medical Center in Portland. Hanscom was not injured.
