Animal welfare groups involved in the seizure of dogs from a Buxton kennel are seeking financial donations to help with the costs of caring for the animals, which could hit $100,000.

Those willing can send donations to the Animal Refuge League, PO Box 336, Westbrook 04092.

Donations can also be sent to the Animal Welfare Society, PO Box 43, West Kennebunk 04094.
