A yard sale will be held on Saturday, July 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. to benefit Project Linus, Southern Maine Chapter. Project Linus is an all volunteer, nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide warmth, comfort and a sense of security to children who are seriously ill, traumatized or otherwise in need through the gift a handmade blanket.

The sale will be held at 960 Pequawket Trail (Route 113) in Steep Falls right before the cemetery. Children’s toys, household items, misc. craft supplies, books, lamps, sewing machine cabinet, office chair, etc, will be available for purchase. Call 839-2275 for more information.
