Three arrests have been made in a robbery that occurred on Thursday at around 7 p.m.

Shawn Berube, 18; Nicholas Murdoch, 18, and Christopher Lamb, 19, all of Scarborough, have each been charged with two counts of robbery and were incarcerated at Cumberland County Jail.

On Thursday, two Scarborough youths reported that a group of men, with whom they were acquinted, confronted them at Ferry Beach. They said three of the men were armed with blunt instruments and a knife. They demanded cash and other property from the vicitims and left with the money.

Scarborough Police are continuing the investigation and expect additional arrests to be made.
