Senior Series invites area seniors to a lively game of Twisted Trivia at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 30, at the Hillcrest Recreation Center,108 Hillcrest Ave., Scarborough. Twisted Trivia is reminiscent of trivia game shows, and clues cover music, films, famous speeches and more.
Lunch will be served for a cost of $3. Reservations are needed and can be made by calling Nancy at 883-4476 no later than Sunday, May 27, at 7 p.m.
Donations are still being sought for the June 6 garden silent auction, to be held at the Hillcrest Recreation Center. Proceeds will benefit programming for Scarborough seniors. To donate, contact Linda at 883-2202.
Spaces still available for the senior trip to Willowbrook, Newfield on June 8. The bus will leave from the Scarborough High School lower parking lot at 9 a.m., returning by 3 p.m. Cost of the trip is $15. For more information call Community Services at 730-4150. Advance signup is required.
A trip is also planned for June 20, to the Musical Wonder House in Wiscasset, with a lunch stop at Moody’s Diner.
