The owners of Pleasant River Properties, located near the routes 202 and 302 rotary in Windham, announced last week that Chip Rice has joined the real estate team.

A native of Gray, Rice has two teenage children and resides on Gore Road in Raymond.

Rice has extensive experience in the housing industry and has spent the past 20-plus years building and finishing new homes as well as remodeling older ones all over southern and central Maine.

Rice has been a real estate agent for almost two years. He specializes in homes, land and new construction.
