Edward Smith, 49, of Standish had a charge of indecent conduct in New Gloucester on Dec. 12, 2004 dismissed.

David Spearin, 20, of Limington was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license-cond/restric in Windham on May 7, 2006 and was fined $500. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Donald A. Sprague, 51, of Sebago was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Bridgton on Apr. 20, 2006 and was fined $800.

Toby E. Thurston, 47, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Nov. 28, 2005 and was sentenced to Department of corrections for 2 years.

Joseph Tracy, 21, of Windham had charges of assault and violating condition of release in Windham on Apr. 18, 2006 dismissed.

Bessie L. Tucker, 43, of Portland had charges of assault and terrorizing in Windham on Apr. 2, 2006 dismissed.

Jeremy Whynot, 28, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of aggravated assault in Windham on Dec. 24, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days and restitution of $250. charges of burglary of a motor vehicle and assault were dismissed.

Carolyn Wormell, 37, of Naples had a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Naples on June 23, 2006 dismissed.
