CAPTION ONLY:

Westbrook Housing Executive Director John Gallagher gives remarks during the 10th anniversary celebration last Thursday of one of the organization’s prized developments, Larrabee Village. About 50 seniors from the development and representatives from the city, including Mayor Bruce Chuluda, Westbrook Police Chief Paul McCarthy and Fire Chief Gary Littlefield, were also present.
