Donald Anspach, 65, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of loaded firearm in motor vehicle in Windham on Mar. 16, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 5 days. A charge of terrorizing was dismissed. He was found not guilty of charges of aggravated criminal trespass, aggravated assault, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and violating condition of release.
Scott Bellanceau, 38, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of failing to comply with sex offender Reg. Act. 1st offense in Windham on Mar. 21, 2006 and was fined $100.
Thomas Betancourt, 25, of Bridgton violated probation on a charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Portland on Dec. 11, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
Louis Chavez, Jr., 44, of Gorham violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence – 2 priors in Windham on Nov. 19, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 120 days, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
Mark S. Clark, 32, of Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Sebago on Mar. 3, 2006 and was fined $900, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days and had license suspended for 18 months. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license-cond/restric and was sentenced to Cumberland County jail for 2 days. He was found guilt on a charge of operating under the influence – 2 priors in Scarborough on June 18, 2006 and was fined $1100, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all but 60 days suspended, given probation of 2 years and had license suspended for 4 years. He was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days and given probation of 2 years a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked-OUI was dismissed.
Robin Cook, Sr., 54, of Westbrook had a charge of operating under the influence in Windham June 18, 2006 was dismissed.
Patrick J. Dyer, 26, of Windham violated probation on a charge if criminal trespass in South Portland on Apr. 26, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days and probation revoked.

Kenneth Grondin, 21, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on May 5, 2006 and was fined $750. He was also found guilty on charges of carrying concealed weapon and loaded firearm in motor vehicle.

Steven E. Hobson, 47, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation – prior in Windham on Nov. 28, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 25 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Norman Howard, 29, of Madison was found guilty on charges of terrorizing and violating protective order in Windham on Jan. 7, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 75 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued on each charge.
Jeffrey Isham, 47, of South Portland had a charge of operating under the influence – no test in Windham on July 20, 2005 dismissed.
Andy King, 32, of Auburn was found guilty on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Windham on June 19, 2006 and was fined $400, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 3 years, all but 90 days suspended and given probation of 2 years.
Ryan Larrivee, 24, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit in Westbrook on May 26, 2006 and was fined $750.
Jason LeBlanc, 28, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Naples on June 8, 2006 and was fined $400, sentenced to Department of Corrections for 2 years, all but 90 days suspended and given probation of 2 years.
Kevin S. McNally, 38, of Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of theft by deception in Freeport on Dec. 18, 1998 and was fined $100.
Cynthia M. Mitchell, 45, of Harrison was found guilty on a charge of gross sexual assault in Windham on July 11, 2005.
Stephen F. Morse, 42, of Raymond was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Mar. 5, 2006 and was fined $400 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months. He was also found guilty on a second charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months. He was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Portland on Mar. 20, 2006 and was fined $400 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months. He was also found guilty on charges of carrying concealed weapon and violating condition of release and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months on each charge. A second charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug was dismissed.
David Lee Perkins, 30, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Windham on July 26, 2006 and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days. He was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days.
Sherry Piper, 49, of Windham had charges of assault and criminal threatening in Windham on July 9, 2006 dismissed.

Louis Terrell, 34, of Gray was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation-prior in Raymond on Aug. 14, 2006 and was fined $1000 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 9 months. He was found guilty on charges of failing to stop for officer and displaying fictitious vehicle certificate and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months on each charge.
Kevin Thombs, 29, of Brownfield was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Sebago on Mar. 15, 2000 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 9 months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Matthew Trudel, 37, of Gray was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Windham on July 13, 2006 and was fin ed $500.
Jillian Veilleux, 27, of Portland was folund guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Windham on Sept. 25, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland county Jail for 10 days. She was also found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and was fined $400 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 75 days.
Marc Whitaker, 36, of Windham had a charge of failing to stop for officer in Gorham on Aug. 31, 2006 dismissed.
Randy Wilbur, 22, of Windham had charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention and refusing to sign uniform summons complaint in Windham on Aug. 25, 2004 dismissed.
