Fire and Rescue

From Jan. 30 to Feb. 2, the Cape Elizabeth Rescue squad transported five patients to Maine Medical Center.

On Jan. 30 at around 3:30 p.m., the Cape Elizabeth Fire Department responded to a water problem on Channel View Road.

On Feb. 2 at around 7 p.m., the fire department responded to a chimney fire on Locksley Road.

eBay blunder

On Jan. 29 at around 10:30 a.m., a resident of the Ocean House Road area reported that he had bid on an item on eBay, but received an item that did not match the description. The resident contacted the seller and returned the item, but has yet to receive the item he bid on. He has filed a complaint with PayPal.
