Project G.R.A.C.E. (Granting Resources and Assistance through Community Effort) is a local charitable organization that collects donations and gives to people in the community in need. The organization works with employees of the Scarborough school system to identify people in the community in need. The organization started at the St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish in Scarborough, where members would donate presents and food baskets at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. The organization now operates out of office space donated by MBI Trailers Inc. with overhead expenses paid by St. Maximilian Kolbe Church. It has had 501(c)(3) tax exempt status since 2002.
