On Jan. 5, at about 7:45 a.m., a resident on Oceanview Road reported the theft of a $20 handsaw from an unlocked garage.

Lawn destruction

On Jan. 5, at about 9:50 a.m., a resident on Gorham Road reported that someone in a black car drove across her lawn, destroying her lilac bushes and a honneysuckle tree.

Burgled

On Jan. 6, at about 7:49 a.m., a resident on Edgewater Road reported the theft of an X-Box 360 valued at $400, a television valued at $1,000, a guitar valued at $1,700, a $60 X-Box controller, a $1,000 Fender guitar, a $2,200 laptop computer and $320 worth of Abercrombie & Fitch sweatshirts.

Profane graffiti

On Jan. 6, at about 10 a.m., a resident on Driftwood Lane reported that profanity was spray painted on his garage door.

Derek P. Robbins, 24, Meadow Way, Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Route 1 on charges of operating after suspension, possession of a suspended driver’s license and violation of bail.

Craig D. Bradbury, 35, Wilbert Street, Pemberton, N.J., was arrested at Wal-Mart on a warrant charge of failure to appear for operating under the influence.
