Egged

On Dec. 12, at about 10 a.m., a man driving down Pine Point Road stopped after he heard something hit his truck. When he stopped, he noticed that someone had thrown an egg at his car, hitting the fender. He was unable to wash all the egg off, causing about $200 in damages to the paint.

Wayne A. Freeman, 40, Stevens Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 on a charge of operating after suspension.

Christopher T. Chesaux, 24, Bar Mills, was arrested on Route 22 on a charge of violation of bail.

James E. Stewart, 46, Washington Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at Hunter Point on a charge of operating under the influence.

Thomas R. Harrison, 24, Parker Farm, Buxton, was arrested on Route 22 on a charge of violation of bail and on a warrant charge of failing to appear for theft.

Michael J. Lippa, 36, Beech Ridge Road, was arrested on Holmes Road on charges of operating under the influence and possession of a usable amount of marijuana

James G. Guertin, 56, Arbor Street, was arrested in the Hannaford supermarket parking lot on a charge of operating under the influence.

Hai T. Kien, 24, Douglass Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Route 1 for failing to produce evidence of insurance and failing to stop at stop sign.
