ATV missing

On Nov. 3, at about 8 a.m., an officer met with a resident of the Spurwink Avenue area regarding the theft of an ATV. The ATV is a 2002 Kawasaki Prairie, 650cc four-wheeler. The vehicle is camouflage in color and has a steel plate with a winch welded on the front.

Stolen from the site

On Nov. 4, at about 5:30 p.m., a contractor working in the Shore Road area reported the theft of a bucket of tools from the job site. The bucket was black and yellow and covered in cloth. Inside the bucket were drill bits, hand tools and specialty tools, all estimated to be worth over $2,000.

Cash theft

On Nov. 8, at about 9 a.m., a Fowler Road area resident met with an officer regarding the theft of about $5,000 in cash from a toolbox in the top drawer of a dresser. The money was believed to have been taken between 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 6 and 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 7. The cash was in bills of $50s and $20s and was stored in the toolbox, along with jewelry and other valuables.

Vehicle burglary I

On Nov. 10, at about 8:54 a.m., a Shore Road area resident met with an officer to report a motor vehicle burglary. Missing from the vehicle was a black purse containing $40 cash, a driver’s license and credit cards. The resident canceled her cards.

Vehicle burglaries II & III

On Nov. 10, at about 3:54 p.m., two vehicles belonging to a Shore Road area resident were reported broken into sometime during the previous night. Missing from the vehicles were an iPod with a car charger, a wallet with $20 cash, a $50 gift certificate to the movies, credit cards, a Cape Elizabeth High School identification card and a sunglasses.

Nov. 7

Pamela Johnson-Mullin, Two Lights Road, was issued a summons on Route 77 for speeding 64 mph in a 50 mph zone.

Kelly Bachelor, 28, Walter Partridge Road, Windham, was issued a summons on Shore Road for failing to stop for a stop sign.

David Dalessandri, 36, Susan Road, was issued a summons on Susan Road for domestic violence assault and obstructing report of a crime.

Nov. 9

A 17-year-old male, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Broad Cove Road for speeding 47 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Patrick Nee, 18, Memory Lane, Scarborough, was issued a summons on Sawyer Road for speeding 44 mph in a 30 mph zone.

Timothy Entwistle, 18, Avon Road, was issued a summons on Route 77 for failing to produce proof of insurance.

Eric Howard, 41, Marblehead, Mass., was issued a summons on Sawyer Road for speeding 44 mph in a 30 mph zone.

Nov. 11

Timothy Walker, 47, Coulthard Farms Road, Scarborough, was issued a summons on Scott Dyer Road for speeding 41 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Megan Marshall, 19, Mitchell Road, was issued a summons on Spurwink Avenue for failing to produce proof of insurance.

Michael Seneca, 58, Munjoy South, Portland, was issued a summons at Fort Williams for possession of marijuana.

Nov. 7

David Dalessandri, 36, Susan Road, was arrested on Susan Road on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing report of a crime.

Fire and Rescue

The Cape Elizabeth Rescue Squad responded to 11 calls between Nov. 7 and Nov. 13. Two patients were transported to Mercy Hospital and nine were transported to Maine Medical Center.

The Cape Elizabeth Fire department responded to assist with a rescue at Kettle Cove at 10:52 a.m. on Nov. 7; a propane odor investigation on Orchard Road at 12:38 p.m. on Nov. 7; a fire alarm activation on Hawthorne Road at 12:41 p.m. on Nov. 8; an electrical fire on Ocean House Road at 6:07 p.m. on Nov. 9; and a water problem on Shore Road at 9:19 p.m. on Nov. 13.
